More than 215,000 patients of the Atrius Health medical groups enjoy the convenience of MyHealth Online, our secure, web-based patient portal, and now they can access it through several mobile devices, too!  The MyHealth Online mobile app is now available as the “MyChart” app in the Apple App Store or through the Google Play store (formerly called the Android Market), so you can access MyHealth Online via your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch or Android phone.

If you haven’t already signed up for MyHealth Online, you must do that before you can access your account through this mobile application.  Click here to sign-up for MyHealth Online and get your username and password, or ask how to enroll the next time you visit your doctor’s office.

With the MyHealth Online mobile app, you can:

•    View test results
•    View and reply to messages from your clinician’s office
•    View upcoming and past appointments
•    Request prescription renewals
•    Send requests for non-urgent medical advice
•    View your health summary
•    View other accounts to which you have access in MyHealth Online

To get started with the iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch:

The mobile app uses the same type of security measures as mobile banking apps do to protect your personal information.  No sensitive data is stored on your mobile device’s memory.  To access your MyHealth Online account, you must log-in through the app each time with your unique MyHealth Online user ID and password – just as you would from a computer. You should always log-out at the end of your session to further protect your personal health information.

(Sorry Blackberry users! The MyChart product is developed by Epic Systems and they have no plans to develop a Blackberry version of the mobile app at this time.)
