Feeling sick? Just click! We are excited to announce a limited pilot program of video visits with an Atrius Health physician through MyHealth Online.

During the pilot program, video visits are available free of charge to adult primary care patients* of our Harvard Vanguard Chestnut Hill/West Roxbury, Medford, Post Office Square and Watertown locations who need treatment for a limited set of common medical conditions. While the pilot will focus on four practice locations, we hope to expand this service to other offices and specialties as our providers (and you!) get more experience using video visits for appropriate types of care.

To participate, you will need a MyHealth Online account and a computer or mobile device with a compatible browser, video and audio capabilities. The 10 routine conditions which qualify for a video visit during the pilot program are:

Patients of our Harvard Vanguard Watertown, Medford, Post Office Square, and Chestnut Hill/West Roxbury locations who are looking for more information about requirements and eligibility can log into MyHealth and click on the Appointments tab. We look forward to hearing your feedback!

* Due to regulations, patients with Medicare or Medicaid (MassHealth) are not eligible to participate in this pilot.
